On 3/13/2024 EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to CWA 309a to Glorieta Camps Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Glorieta Adventure Camps, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of NPDES Permit effluent violation of Specific Conductance. The AO requires Glorieta Camps to complete a construction compliance schedule and must respond to EPA Region 6 Beginning April 29, 2024.
