On September 26, 2022, EPA conducted an inspection at Concrete Ready Mix in Inwood, NY. EPA observed an unauthorized discharge from the site's concrete washout area and noted the facility was unpermitted. EPA issued an Order with Penalty and required the site to obtain permit coverage. On January 3, 2024, EPA received a copy of the SWPPP and NOI Submission.
