On October 28, 2024, Region 10 executed an Administrative Order on Consent with Columbia Grain International, LLC, for FIFRA violations at their establishment that is within the Nez Perce Reservation in Nez Perce, Washington. The Respondent violated FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G) by using a registered pesticide inconsistent with its labeling. The violations involved the failure of the applicator to have a full, complete fumigant management Plan for 23 separate applications of Weevil-cide, an aluminum phosphide Restricted Use Pesticide.
