On July 16, 2024, Region 10 executed an Administrative Order on Consent with Gebbers Farms for FIFRA violations at their establishment that extends onto the Colville Reservation in Brewster, Washington. The Respondent used registered pesticides in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, thus violating requirements under the Worker Protection Standard. Respondent has agreed to pay the assessed civil penalty of $17,078.
