On April 8, 2024, EPA Region 10 settled with Tekni-Plex Inc, owner of the establishment, Wrap Pack, Located in Yakima, Washington for violations of FIFRA. The company failed to file their Annual Pesticide Production Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline two times within five years. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1,000.
