On July 30, 2024, EPA Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the City of Rogue River Wastewater Treatment Plant (Facility) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit OR0023043 City of Rogue River, located in Rogue River, Oregon. The facility exceeded permit limits for E.coli, and pH. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $600 and has returned to compliance.
