The Town of Washington, LA WWTP is in violation of its NPDES permit effluent limits. Compliance is encouraged by the issuance of this Administrative Order in coordination with the Town gaining guidance from the Southwest Environmental Finance Center (SWEFC) @ the University of New Mexico, for qualifying technical guidance and application for funding by the State under the National Bipartisan Infrastructure legislation. AO is issued for persistent effluent violations.
