On March 25, 2024, the Enterprise Mont Belvieu FM 1942 Complex was issued an Administrative Order following multiple effluent exceedances. The facility will have thirty (30) days to respond on how they will return to compliance. An EJ screening was performed and was found to not have reached any 90th percentile EJ indices.
