On March 25, 2024, the Main Wastewater Treatment Facility for the City of Port Neches following multiple effluent exceedances. They will have thirty (30) days to respond to the AO on how they will come back into compliance. An EJ Screening was performed on the facility and was determined to not have any 90th percentile EJ indicis.
