On March 18, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Technical Chemical Company (Respondent) of Cleburne, TX. In the ESAFO, the EPA alleges that the respondent failed to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2023, for EPA Establishment No. 88278-TX-1, a violation of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). The respondent has corrected the alleged violation and will pay a civil penalty of $1,400.
