On 3/28/24, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order under its authority pursuant to FIFRA with El Cerrito, Inc. located in Arlington, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires El Cerrito, Inc. to return to compliance and pay a civil penalty of $10,240.
