On June 8, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Plantonix, (Ashland, Oregon) to stop the further distribution or sale of the unregistered pesticides: Neem Bliss Oil, Neem Bliss Meal, Coco Bliss, Seaweed Bliss, Kelp Bliss, Char Bliss, and Myco Bliss. Distributing or selling unregistered pesticides is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A).
