FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(A) To sell or distribute to any person any pesticide that is not registered under Section 3 or whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, except to the extent that distribution or sale otherwise has been authorized by the Administrator under FIFRA. The pesticide product in this shipment does not appear to be labeled according to 40 CFR 156.10. Specifically, the label contains false and misleading statements such as ?It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manor inconsistent with its labeling.?
