On 1/25/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to La Petite Roche Technologies, LLC, of North Little Rock, AR, for an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that La Petite Roche Technologies failed to timely file a pesticide production report (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishment 94419-AR-1 for reporting year 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
