This Settlement is binding upon the United States and upon Prospective Purchaser and its successors. Unless the United States otherwise consents, any change in ownership or corporate or other status of Prospective Purchaser does not alter Prospective Purchaser?s responsibilities under this Settlement. Except as provided, Transfer of the Property or any portion thereof does not alter any of Prospective Purchaser?s obligations under this Settlement. Prospective Purchaser?s responsibilities under this Settlement cannot be assigned except under a modification executed in accordance with
The undersigned representative of Prospective Purchaser certifies that the signatory is authorized to enter into the terms and conditions of this Settlement and to execute and legally bind Prospective Purchaser to this Settlement.
Prospective Purchaser shall provide notice of this Settlement to each contractor hired to perform the Work required by this Settlement and to officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, or any person representing Prospective Purchaser with respect to the Property or the Work. Prospective Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that such parties act in accordance with the terms of this Settlement.
