On April 11, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to Plourde Sand and Gravel Co. Inc. of Hooksett New Hampshire for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. Plourde Sand & Gravel Co., Inc.is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our action.
