EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Corner Cafe and Dairy Bar located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the 40 C.F.R. Part 141.201 for failing to submit the minimum required bacteriological samples for the months of June-July 2018, November 2018, October 2019, and December 2019. The AO requires Corner Cafe and Dairy Bar to provide public notices in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 141.201 within thirty (30) days and provide a copy of all public notices and signed Certificates of Delivery to EPA and ADH within forty (40) days. Returned to compliance as of Q3 of 2025 ETT call on 8/28/25. Closed enforcement on 9/23/25.
