On May 21, 2024 EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Carbon One LLC (Pasco, Washington) to stop the further distribution or sale of the unregistered pesticides: Algae Block Round (1), Algae Block Round (40), and Algae Block Pond. Distributing or selling unregistered pesticides is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A).
