On April 8, 2024 EPA Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Grayl, Inc, resolving violations of FIFRA. Grayl violated sections 12(a)(1)(A), 12(a)(1)(E), 12(a)(1)(F), and 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA for the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides, misbranded pesticides, misbranded devices, and for the failure to file importation documents as required by the Act. The company is now in full compliance and has agreed to pay a penalty of $85,000.
