On 2/1/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to SGS North America for alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that SGS North America failed to timely file pesticide production reports (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishment 100594-TX-1 for reporting years 2021 and 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
