On 2/1/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to Dumas Seed Cleaners, of Dumas, AR, for an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that Dumas Seed Cleaners failed to file a pesticide production report (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishment 101403-AR-1 for reporting year 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
