On April 22, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Robert Gordon Industries dba Gordon Sinclair of Indiana, PA for sale and distributed of misbranded devices. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified and copied on this letter.
