EPA Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to the Town of Moorcroft (Respondent) based on a determination that the Town of Moorcroft Public Water System (System) of Crook County, Wyoming violated EPA?s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addressed several alleged violations identified from October 2019 to present. Violations include eleven Groundwater Rule violations for failure to complete required corrective actions following significant deficiencies. The Order requires the Respondents to correct the significant deficiencies identified during the 2020 Sanitary Survey.
