On 4/29/24, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) with May Hao, LLC, located in Arlington, Texas. The CAFO was entered into in response to the distribution or sale of an unregistered pesticide, which is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires that May Hao, LLC return to compliance.
