The EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility from July 27 to July 29, 2021, to determine Respondent?s compliance
with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. The EPA requested, and the Respondent provided, further documentation and information concerning Respondent?s compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r), and 40 C.F.R. Part 68. EPA determined six findings of violation.
