On May 16, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA to Esparza Pest Control and Eco-Logic Systems Inc. (Respondent), located in Edinburg, TX. The CAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(l)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(l)(A), for sale and/or distribution of an unregistered pesticide. The CAFO requires Esparza Pest Control and Eco-Logic Systems Inc. to come into compliance with all FIFRA regulation. The Respondent also agrees to pay a civil penalty of Six-Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00). Esparza must respond to EPA Region 6 by June 16, 2024.
