On August 7, 2024, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations at the City of Cambridge Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Cambridge, Idaho. Alleged violations included missing parameters in required reporting and failure to remove sufficient amounts of solids from processed effluent. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $638 and has returned to compliance.
