The Administrative Order is issued under the authority vested in the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), 42 U.S.C. Section 300g-3(g), which has been delegated to the Regional Administrator of EPA Region 9 and in turn has been delegated to the Director of EPA Region 9's Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division.
EPA has determined that the System has fulfilled the requirements of the Order by certifying completion of the ERP on August 1, 2024. EPA reviewed the ERP and verified that the document has been completed in accordance with Section 1433 of the SDWA. Based on this determination, EPA hereby terminates the Order on 8/5/2024.
