On May 7, 2024, EPA and Maher Cattle Company, LLC entered into an Administrative Order on Consent for violations of the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation regulations. The AOC requires the Respondent to cease all discharges into Waters of the United States, conduct monitoring of the facility, remove the pen in which High Bank Creek flows through, construct containment for yearling pens, and implement NRCS conservation practice standards.
