On June 4, 2024, EPA issued Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative orders to Falmouth Marine & Yachting Center Inc. of Falmouth, Massachusetts for their alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Falmouth Marine & Yachting Center Inc. is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. Falmouth Marine & Yachting Center Inc. facility is located in an environmental justice area of concern. EPA will notify the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of our actions.
