On June 4, 2024, EPA issued Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative orders to HMI Glass of Whitinsville, Massachusetts for their alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. HMI Glass is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. EPA will notify the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of our actions.
