On June 4, 2024, EPA issued Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative orders to Wilton Recycling Center of Wilton, New Hampshire for their alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Wilton Recycling Center is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our actions.
