On June 4, 2024, EPA issued Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative orders to Buffum's Auto Parts, LLC of Swanzey, New Hampshire for their alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Buffum's Auto Parts, LLC is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our actions.
