On June 4, 2024, EPA issued Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative orders to Murray's Auto Recycling of Londonderry, New Hampshire for their alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Murray's Auto Recycling is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. Murray's Auto Recycling facility is located in an environmental justice area of concern. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our actions.
