On December 4, 2024, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of Ahsahka Water and Sewer District's permit at its wastewater facility in Ahsahka, Idaho. Alleged violations included failure to maintain a permit onsite, failure to develop or update their Operations and Maintenance Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, and Emergency Response and Public Notification Plan, and failure to perform required operations and maintenance at the facility as required by the permit. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $775 and has returned to compliance.
