In November 2022, the US EPA inspected the Respondent's facility in Metuchen, NJ to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified non-reporting violations. The facility has come into compliance and will pay a penalty of $6,650 and perform a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) costing no less than $24,938.
