On June 4, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Dollar Trends of Philadelphia, PA for sale and distributed of two (2) misbranded pesticides, seventeen (17) unregistered pesticides, and one (1) misbranded device. This is an area of potential EJ concern. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified and copied on this letter.
