Please note that claims like ?most powerful? and ?most advanced? are considered both misleading comparisons to other pesticide devices and false or misleading statement concerning the effectiveness of the device. Further, unqualified statements like ?No poisons,? ?no chemicals,? and ?safe for pets and children? are considered false or misleading claims regarding the safety of the product or its ingredients.
