US Paint Corporation and US EPA Region 7 agreed to settle claims that the company failed to include required information in their Dust Collector Control Equipment inspections and in the observations of visible emission determinations. The information specified to be included in the inspections serves to demonstrate that proper procedures are followed to adequately ensure the inspections and observations can be verified by regulatory personnel.
