On June 20, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order CAFO) to Tx Syn Laboratories, LLC, located in San Antonio, Texas, for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
