The case engineer conducted a CAA 112(r) in December 2023. The inspection revealed that Plenco's most recent audit overlooked the subjects that are not covered by OSHA's Process Safety Management, i.e., Off-site consequences analysis (OCA). Plenco has updated its OCA and revised its audit.
