On January 18, 2024, EPA conducted an inspection of Respondent's Air Hangar Inc in West Trenton, NJ. EPA noted the Facility moved into a new building (located at 1000 Jack Stephan Way) in the middle of December 2023 and ceased all activity in the old building (located at 601 Jack Stephan Way), however, following the move, the Facility did not transfer their Permit over to the new location, develop and implement a SPPP for the new location, or conduct a monthly inspection at the new location.
