On July 9, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to FSC Enterprises, LLC. (Respondent/Feeder Supply), located in Dallas, Texas. The CAFO was issued for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The Respondent committed violations of Section 3 of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136a, for selling an unlabeled pesticide. A $0 civil penalty was assessed against Respondent; however, by signing the CAFO, Respondent certified that they were now in compliance with FIFRA and all implementing regulations.
