On or about April 18, 2023, a representative of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency inspected Occidental Chemical Corporation?s Wichita facility located at 6200 South Ridge Road, Wichita, Kansas 67215. Following the inspection, EPA identified violations of the Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions (commonly known as the Risk Management Program regulations), promulgated pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA and found at 40 C.F.R.
