Following a citizen's complaint for sediment laden water discharging from the Site, EPA inspected the Future Trout National Golf Course on January 31, 2024. EPA was able to follow sediment laden water from Whitaker Ave back onto the Site. EPA observed a retention pond full of sediment laden water and discharging continuously. EPA issued the Site a $5,640 penalty.
