On July 30, 2024, Region 3 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) to Sun Tall Pines Harbor RV, LLC, pertaining to Sun Outdoors Chesapeake Bay located at 37.929512, -75.654514 on 8107 Tall Pines Lane (Tax Map Parcel #5100100012743; Accomack County Tax Map # 24-A-129), Temperanceville, VA 23442. EPA conducted an inspection on April 5, 2023, and observed that Respondent had discharged fill material to approximately 2.5 acres of waters of the United States at the site. Under the terms of the AOC, the Respondent agreed to propose a restoration and mitigation plan which will achieve compliance milestones within the timeframes outlined in the AOC. EPA consulted with the USACE and VADEQ during the development of this action. The site is not in an area of potential EJ concern.
