After data mining the TRI database it was discovered this facility failed to timely report certain TRI chemicals over the Reporting Year's 2019-2023. A settlement penalty was proposed to the facility of which they accepted. A CAFO was this issued to the facility which was signed July 31, 2024, resolving the violations.
