On August 21, 2024, EPA Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Regulations (SPCC) by Christensen, Inc. located in Portland, Oregon. Christensen, Inc. is the owner and operator of the Christensen Portland, a bulk oil storage facility which had minor violations related to their SPCC Plan. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $4,188 and has returned to compliance.
