On September 10, 2024, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Dunlap Builders, LLC located in Anchorage, Alaska, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged Dunlap Builders, LLC failed to maintain all RRP records for a period of three years as required after performing RRP work on a pre-1978 residential property, as required by the RRP Rule. According to the EJ Screen, the target housing being renovated did not occur in an area of potential EJ concern for indexes in the State Percentile and National Percentile.
