On September 30, 2024, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Roy Briley Property Services LLC located in Anchorage, Alaska, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged Roy Briley Property Services LLC failed to maintain all RRP records for a period of three years after performing renovation on a pre-1978 residential property, as required by the RRP Rule. According to the EJ Screen, the target housing being renovated did occur in an area of potential EJ concern for indexes in the State Percentile and National Percentile. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $2,000.
